Having a heart for teens since she was a teen herself, Rachel cannot remember a time she was not serving or mentoring the next generation. From volunteering in the youth group she attended, to directing a teen camp for 6 years with her husband, to being a youth leader, Rachel's heart is for the youth of today. Using the avenue of supporting youth in transitional years, as well as teaching basic skills of adulthood, she wants to get to know each teen and their unique talents that God has given them. To teach them how to use them and grow in thier gifts. To love and support them through the easy and the hard times.

During an incredible 41-year journey teaching in the same school district, Nyles has dedicated his career to shaping minds and fostering growth in countless students. His commitment to education and unwavering passion for teaching have made a lasting impact on the community. Throughout his tenure, he has continually adapted to the evolving educational landscape, bringing innovative teaching methods and genuine care to his classroom. Beyond his professional achievements, Nyles is also a devoted Christian, who loves to read, listen to music and play disc golf. His legacy is one of dedication, inspiration, and a profound love for learning and serving others.
